By booking a workshop with NinaJo Consulting or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Work

Before any workshop begins, we agree on a written scope — the format, dates, participant numbers, outcomes, and fee. This may be set out in a proposal or confirmed by email. If the scope grows along the way (extra sessions, more participants, new topics), we'll quote the addition and confirm with you before going ahead. No surprises.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard terms are full payment on booking, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is by EFT (bank transfer). Booking is confirmed once the payment reflects.

3. Workshop Materials & Ownership

Workbooks, slides, exercises, and methods used in our workshops remain the intellectual property of Nina Jo Consulting. Participants and clients may use materials internally for their own development, but they may not be reproduced, resold, or used to deliver training to others without our written permission.

4. Photos, Feedback & Case Studies

We love telling the story of our work — but only with permission. We will not publish your organisation's name, participant photographs, or quoted feedback without consent. If you'd prefer our work together to stay entirely private, tell us and it will.

5. Confidentiality

What is shared in our sessions stays private. We treat participant contributions, organisational information, and anything sensitive with strict confidentiality, and we ask participants to extend the same respect to each other. We're happy to sign an NDA where required.

6. Liability

We deliver our work with professional care. Nina Jo Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for matters beyond our reasonable control (including venue, technology, or third-party services). Our total liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. General
