Into The Sunset Manor Guest House provided the perfect setting for our Open Soft Skills Training Workshop, offering a peaceful, well-appointed environment ideal for focused learning and personal growth. As our dedicated training facility, the Guest House's spacious layout, natural light, and tranquil surroundings created an atmosphere where Grade 11 and 12 learners, matriculants, and university students could fully engage and participate.
Throughout the two training days, delegates explored practical soft skills through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection. The supportive environment of the Guest House enhanced the experience, allowing learners to build confidence, strengthen communication, and develop essential readiness for school, university, and future workplaces.
This workshop remains a highlight in our 2026 calendar and reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible soft skills development to youth across the Western Cape.

Two days, one room, real change.
Open workshops bring together learners from different schools and stages — which is exactly what makes them work. Delegates practise communication and professionalism with people they've never met, which is closer to the real world than any classroom exercise.
